7/16 Laura is once again on City Cast Portland, as the Arts & Culture candidate, Laura was the Chairperson and member of the volunteer Arts Education and Access Income Tax Fund Oversight Committee for the City of Portland— she did not create the “arts tax” but was instrumental in ensuring taxpayers money was used accordingly.

6/9 Laura participates in the creation of Portland’s largest street mural in front of James Johns Elementary in St. Johns celebrating arts and culture and bringing awareness to the importance of arts education in our schools and the bike greenways in our neighborhoods
